Jim I am just as accounting-chalanged as you are if not more. The filings may not be about the Soros deal all together. It is a 229 pages off bloomberg from which I read select few before I got a headache. The shareholders are going to sell 671,767 shares for a total price of about $15M from which nothing will go to amtx. The additional shares were filed just in case 600,000 warrants would be excersized for $12.7M. That is not much and may ot be or even probably not related to Soros. But it is a selloff, I think. I am not sure that this is driving the price down or something else. Warrants are like options that is call options. They have the strike and maturity. The main difference is that the warrants are issued by the company and if they are to be exercised then the new shares have to be issued. Regards -Albert
