It's that extra 10 years OUTSIDE nursing care that many lose out on. I watched my parents and now my wife's parents never exercise, pick up more and more physical deformities, lose their mobility, and end up with a miserable final chapter in their lives. I keep my regimen very simple (no fads) and steady. The goal is to live with limitations as you age but never suffer handicaps. It's very doable for most.
