Ugly Cohu chart, down into earnings it appears. Looks like we have entered into the final 5 of C. I had hoped it was over, but past waves were too quick to unfold - I often count too quickly. Earnings are tentatively due on the 28th. Keltners pointing down and vortex has had a negative crossover. More than likely a retest of $25.89 coming up. stockcharts.com I hate up into earnings, this is probably a good set up for great earnings and guidance hopefully. Goldman's sell rating is going to create some nicely discounted inventory. If one takes the future earnings of Cohu, it simply puts them into the value group. They need to announce debt elimination and some stronger share repurchase plans. NOT TO MENTION REINSTITUTE THE DIVIDEND AND MAKE IT A CATCH UP PLAN. AMNF cut their dividend and said they would reinstitute the dividend when revenue reached pre pandemic levels. They not only returned the dividend but they advanced the dividend. Management has had their pay returned and options grants have been explosive. It's time for the board to acknowledge the shareholder, not forget and abuse the shareholder! It is time Cohu becomes shareholder friendly again - we have been supportive for almost 4 years now! Rest my case! Bob
