Re: Young Folk Portfolio ... Diversification Adjustments

In looking at the sector breakdowns in this portfolio yesterday I looked at the financials and real estate as being under represented. I wanted to add to both sectors but in order to do so I had to sell something due to the limited amount of cash that is available for investing.

I ended up selling PTY to fulfill this objective. In looking at the financial holdings they consisted of:

MS .. PRU .. SPGI .. TROW -- I thought I should add a bank and therefore added BMO to this portfolio.

In order to make up some of the monthly cash flows PTY was generating in this account, I took the remaining cash and added to RYLD (yield 11.70%) and XYLD (yield 12.11%), both of them are Covered Call ETF's.

In order to add to the real estate sector, I sold the position in TXN. The Information Technology sector has the second largest exposure and I thought with NVDA and AVGO already in the portfolio, I didn't need a third semiconductor company, so TXN was sold.

In real estate I purchased new positions in LSI (storage facilities) and PLD (industrial properties).
