Americans (the majority) seem to think smashing Putin and Russia is just another TV fun reality TV show. At worst a bit of a school shooting or Las Vegas mass shooting.
Nuland, Obama, Biden, Boris, and gangsters are the primary evil-doers. They started the carnage in Ukraine in 2013/2014 after years of Syria, Libya, Georgia, Iraq, Yugoslavia, and on back through history to the most gross evil of Stalin, Barbarossa, Charge of the Light Brigade, 1812 Overture as far back as you like and keep Genghis in mind because his descendants are eyeing Siberia and as far as Hungary where they got to last time.
So leave aside how we got here. Yes, Nuland and Zbig are/were proximate evils, but half that axis of evil is fortunately dead.
Meanwhile where to from here?
People in the West seem to have only noticed carnage when Russia invaded. Worse carnage (now similar) already was happening in Donbass and Kiev from 2014, so let's not start handwringing now.
It's very obvious that a reasonable answer is to create 2 extra countries in hhe East, Crimea stays part of Russia, NATO stops the threatening manoeuvres in Norway and all the way down to the Black Sea.
Russia was no more going to accept Sevastopol turning into a USA carrier fleet base for NATO threats just down the road from Moscow than USA would accept San Diego being converted to Mexican and them inviting China to make San Diego into a military base. USA ships, Air Force and army base could be told to leave. Americans would think that undesirable.
Also give Hawaii back to Hawaiians who could invite China to take over Pearl Harbour. That's not going to happen. Not until USA collapses ... see Romsn Empire, British Empire ... paradigm shift happens.
Russia will go full scale deflection before accepting being conquered by USA.
Zelensky and co seem to think they can outright beat Russia with help from USA and Euroserfs. Nuclear war has not yet started. Those little antitank shoulder fired rockets are handy but emp and neutron bombs beat paper, rock, scissors, Javelins, Stingers etc.
Mirved ICBMs are still just being polished up ready to go.
WWI and WWII took a while to really get going too.

Targeting Peoria might be a good first target to make sure the message gets through. USA destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki to make Japan get real. Maybe Peoria and, ummm, Delaware. Or Alaska? So many targets. I'm hoping Russia doesn’t realise nuking New Zealand would give the message without being too provocative to Yanks, Poms, Frogs, Krauts, Ockers. NZ government has joined the gangsters against Russia so we're a target too. A very handy target as a demonstration target.

PS Zelensky reminds me of Napoleon. Both with short man syndrome and wanting to conquer Russia. Putin also has short man syndrome. Yes, that's racist, but 3 = a trend.
