Can anyone please tell me why on earth Sapiens would go and buy a privately held insurance company?!! I may have understodd their motives if this had been another client-server, Y2K, or any other tech company, but why on earth a privately held insurance company? I think the price decline maybe due to the purchase of this privately held insurance company and possible further dillution of shares. As I said it beats me as why Sapiens would go an buy an insurance company!!! Unless I am missing something here I am extremely disappointed with this latest move by the company (to say the least)!
