Rich I dont have another monitor A Dell tech is coming to my house supposedly tomorrow to put in a new video card because I said I wanted that taken care of first before I have to mess with sending back the monitor... the red is gone...so my guess is the red gun... I hope it isnt because I dont think I can even get my monitor box in my car it is so big.... I took the cable OFF and put it back on...no go.... How could this go bad ALREADY!!!! I dont want to have to pay ANYTHING for fixing a defective product!!!! so let me know what strategy if you have one to use to get these SOB's to take care of their product at NO COST to me... I dont want someone elses monitor either...so I hope it is the video card. I didnt see any flickering when it went blue..but it could have and I missed it...it did it when i was trying to access a site. On your bay post...I thought it was pretty obvious that it wasnt coming from you!!! btw, GET A SCANNER!!!
