So this is factoring in higher interest rates and saying the average median house is now 30% more expensive (monthly payment) for the consumer? If so, more than I expected.

Still, bank stocks have been absolutely crushed lately. If there's a recession they can get hit further, but even w/an inverted curve in general they make more money w/rising rates. I could see many rallying on earnings, but will those rallies (if any) hold. I have 1 regional bank short, but otherwise again mostly geared toward the consumer.

Uranium continues to look stellar. Wanting to buy every good dip there.

Energy, good chance we break the rising trend you noted and see $85 at some pt in the next month/two, but whatever ST bottom we make I think will be an outstanding buying op going into EOY. May not happen, but would love to see a deeper selloff from here.
