I think the illegally installed nut job now occupying the White House is the real lunatic... Everyone's market opinion is just as valid as the next, being right or wrong doesn't even matter... As far as your model projections, I hope you're right because I want to buy up everything really cheap and a few years market decline would definitely make that happen... GZ
