CCJ is certainly quality and it's now near the HOD, but for new money two that I like better would be BNNLF as a trader back to .3 range when the sector lights up (very soon) and BQSSF as a 1-3 year quality play that should be in production in about a year or less w/low costs and nice growth potential over multiple years.

BQSSF has been basing for a while now and they just raised the money they need to restart production. Sprott also likes.
