I just received this this morning from Canaccord Capital's "Morning Coffee":

"Crystallex Intl KRY:T 680,668 9.35 +14% New hi on volume may
reflect imminent Venezuelan court decision on 9M oz. La Cristinas gold
deposit. If KRY wins than upside depends on how to finance $600M
CAPEX or whether a suitor could afford a $300M buy-out plus CAPEX."

Methinks they are short??
