The US ex-col adviser to Trump says the folks shot were folks who wore some armbands, signifying that they were friendly to Russian troops. If so, then a question arises, and the ex-col raised it, ‘why did the Russians shoot them as they were withdrawing’ I do not make up such stories. They are stories propagated by US deep-state types. So, are the stories true? I cannot tell.
