Buy before secondary offering? IMHO, this stock has a very attractive long term outlook and I definitely plan to take a position ... however, they have recently announced a secondary offering. I try not to be a timer, but do any of you have an opinion on when is typically the best time to buy when there is a secondary offering planned? Before, or after? I'm thinking the price will stay flat or slightly down before the next offering, then take off once the offering is complete. Any comments greatly appreciated. Happy investing
