I was at the CompUSA in San Antonio, TX yesterday and spent 45 min. talking to a college kid about the benefits of the Apple over the PC. I actually think I might have converted him since he was thinking G3 when he left the store. It's bad when I have nothing better to due on a Sunday afternoon & Apple becomes my hobby.

Anyway, the problem that I had with the Apple "store" is that most of the demo. monitors were old and small (none in the 17" range). This just looks bad to have a fast machine running graphics on a small screen.

I also think they should have a stand where they invite PC store customers over with their own 3.5 disks in order to open their PC Word documents. Nothing like a good demonstration of compatibility to sell a product.

Maybe I'll apply for a night & weekend job at the local CompUSA store just because I feel motivated about getting the right information out.
