Dan, Their latest news release shows just a bit over 3 million shares issued. My DD shows 2.8M issued last year with followup issues of 250K (+250K warrants @ 1.15) and 500K (+ 500K warrants at .80). This gives me a worst case total of 4.3M shares. Where are you getting your numbers from? I am getting mine from Canada Stockwatch with news releases from the past year. I agree - CFB is looking very good these days - I am thinking about buying some more. Dave
