All I know is I read his page in Wikipedia - they mention the sex offender thing - and give links to some contemporaneous media reports.

Anyway, what’s of it? Does it make him incompetent? He did the crime - and served the time. He also served his country for many years. It happened long ago. So, the relevance is questionable. Uninterested.

Edit — TWTR again suspended Ritter, btw. Why this is happening is a far greater problem.
