Actually, they both do the same thing, writing covered calls on the Nasdaq 100. QYLD writes calls on 100% while QQQX writes call on 35 to 75% with the long term target of 55%. That is why there is outperformance from QQQX during this long bull market. QYLD should do better if you think we are in correction territory. Neither will get stocks called away because they hold the entire index.
