Do you know what I really love? I love the terrible English, grammer, spelling, and composition that Royce uses in their press releases. You would think they could at least proof-read a press release ONCE. It's really one of the most amazing things I've ever seen.

Technology Marketing
The Company has received Government approvals for its products in Bolivia, Canada,
China, El Salvador, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Lithuania, Panama and
Turkey. Further approvals are pending in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Italy,
Mexico, Northwest Asia, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Spain, and Venezuela, The
Company will continue to obtain worldwide approvals and management feels that
developing countries are of particular interest and an important growth market for
their products.
Joint Venture Agreements
The Company concluded earlier this year a general licensing, sales and distribution
agreement with Weihai MPPGF of Shandong Province in China. This Joint Venture
agreement is a significant milestone for the company and has the potential to produce
tremendous revenues. Further Joint Venture agreements are pending and news
releases will be issued upon their successful conclusion.
Financing Success
During the first half of 1997 the Company either completed or received financing to
meet its commitments. However the Company is negotiating a debt and equity
financing to allow us to continue with our business plan. The Company expects this to

Laboratory advances
