Where and how did you acquire that information? Their current market cap is less than $400 Million. Acquisitions "usually" occur with companies that have over $1 Billion in market cap. They have license deals in place with Pfizer, Astra-Zeneca and others in Germany. And you saw the price drop of almost 7% today.
CRIS, CRVS, CRDF, CRSP, CDTX, CLVS, CLSD, so many dirt cheap choices... wish I had more dry powder.
I am long CRVS, CRDF, CDTX, CLSD and CRIS , as well as a dozen others. I recommend none of them.
