Protesting in Ottawa occurs almost daily. It is acceptable to those living there.
Commandeering a city by blaring locomotive horns 24/7 for 10 days,, abusing its citizens for weeks,,
commandeering border crossings, for weeks preventing law abiding citizens from earning a living,,
impeding free movement,, had to stop ,,by implementing emergency measures through parliament
and was in effect for only ten days.

Canada is not a police state,, but where necessary,, act.
