I have a great new recipe i am eating often as it is super healthy and super good.

I put some oil and pad Thai sauce and Thai peanut sauce in a pan.

I add garlic, onions and chicken or prawns. if I use prawn i put them in at the end so as not to cook them too long. If I use chicken i put it in at the start for flavor.

When that is about cooked I add half bean sprouts and the other half mixed vegetables of all types.

I do not use any noodles or empty carbs.

It is delicious and low calorie and very healthy.
