Look I have no grudge with the company, but I implore you to take a look at the implied market capitalization of this company. On Alsentzer, he just happened to be at one of the companies which Wayne bought. He has done nothing "magical" other than to be at the right place at the right time. For those who think backdoor IPOs are just a way save money, I ask you to provide me the name of ANY successful company which went public in this manner. It's a convenient way to avoid filing SEC documents. I will never post on this board again. My job is done. I hope you all are right and I am wrong, but this company is not trading on fundamental value. Be careful. That's all I want to say. - brian
