Dear Penni; The one word which explains it best, is Assimilation, in as much as I was once assimilated by the Brog I understand the process fairly good, but doubt I could ever explain it. <G> But if one has been truly assimilated, then there is no reverting back to being like you once were with out damage( like on star trek ) If you discard the idealism of your captors you have to become something you never were before. And the identity problem can be a real challenge. <G> How in the world did someone like I was wind up happy with green blood ? Jim
