Regarding SPNSF buying this other small company

After being with this stock for over 3 1/2 years I have decided to stay with this stock for another 6 months despite the fact that I feel thay had absolutely no business buying this other small IT insurance company. Sapiens is not famous for their brilliant bargin hunting of other companies! The last time they bought a small company was back in 1993 and the company's name was SmartStar corportion (the company I used to work for). SmartStar was in PC client-server tools products. They paid a little over $30 million for the company, and last year they sold that same company to another company (namely B2 Systems in Santa Barbara, CA where most of my ex-SmartStar colleagues work now) for $1.5 million!!! When they bought SmartStar back in 93 their stock was at around $28/shr, soon after it went to 50 cents/shr, and of course we know the rest.

But that was then and this is now. Companies and management do learn from mistakes and I am sure SPNSF's management will not do anything stupid like that again ever! Anyway, eventhough I am not very happy with this latest move by the company and came very very very close to sell this morning at $7 my wife said something that convinced me to stay with SPNSF. She said: Dont forget this is SPNSF management we are talking about and they know what they are doing now. And people may find this ironic but I also strongly believe in Jewish investment mind and talent, and for that alone I am convinced SPNSF will just do fine even though it may take another 6 months or so for it to go to $10-$12 range again. But heck if I have been patient for over 3 and half years, whats another 6 months?! It will pass in a blink of an eye!

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi
