Right. It’s been too many years since I read it. If the world keeps heading the way it goes, there will be at least 3 blocks - there will be many nations smart enough to stay out of this silliness. Unfortunately, if there is a strategic nuclear blowout - followed by a nuclear winter - those prudent people will be dead anyway.
