| | | Did you see this video? Did you notice Jen Stoltenberg giving a speech and troops standing at attention while they played the NATO anthem?
It’s not about real estate - it’s about further expansion of NATO.
In brief, Michael Saakashvili - who was mentored and supported by George Soros for many years - became the president of Georgia. (Just like Zelensky was sponsored by another multi billionaire, Kolomoysky).
It should be noted that Georgia is a gorgeous country with a nice mild climate. They were, likely, the most affluent “republic” in the USSR - selling decent vine, brandy, flowers, fruit - all over the USSR. Millions of people went there for vacations by the Black Sea - with pockets full of money.
Instead of enjoying the same things after they became independent, SOBs like Soros and his people turned them towards NATO. (Curiously, for a period of time, Soros paid the salaries of the entire police department in Tbilisi. Read that somewhere over the years).
The Russians didn’t like NATO rockets in their underbelly any more than on their Western frontier, in Ukraine. So, they recognized and supported a couple of former Georgian provinces, whose populations wanted independence - Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Having territorial disputes makes it harder for a country to join Nato.
What happened during the famous 2008 war is Saakashvili invaded South Ossetia. What he thought would happen - is a mystery. Probably, expected NATO to join him. The Russians came, kicked out the Georgians - and a few days later, got into their trucks and crossed through a tunnel under the mountains - back to Russia.
I’ve just learned from your video that the current ruling party is against trouble with Russia. Not surprised - Georgians are generally nice, cheerful, generous people, not interested in getting involved in stupid hostilities. |
