Jim, I talked to Mike Pound today. I'd like to say I think you guys will be doing fine with this stock. I would buy in again, but, I have this thing about buying back in for more than I just sold something for. I put in an order for 11/16, and didn't get filled. I am moving that money into another stock as we speak. If the asks dips to 11/16, I will buy in. Anyway here is what I learned:

The company was started 3 and 1/2 years ago. They were working with a University and doing R&D. For the most part all they did was develop products, but, did not sell them. In June 1997 they hired Mark Williams, who is now the CEO, to sell and market their products. This is what they have been concentrating on for the last 7 months. They have had their products tested by some of the big companies (Lucent, AT&T, etc.). The products have done well, hence, the reason the board of advisors include people from those companies. The anttena is as big as a thumbnail, and as thin as one. As stated in their January Press Release, they have 4 non-disclosure contracts with companies for orders, to test the product. They should be announcing a big contract soon. They are also expecting to have a positive first quarter. They lost money in 97. He is sending me those financials.

It looks good to me, good luck. Hope this helped.

Rob.
