IMO that is exactly correct, and that's why the left is so panicked. The right's advantage in the Network Society is a huge threat, and in the way of their goal to obtain complete and unconstrained authority.

They are coming to realize that they can't control the narrative anymore. And by losing the narrative their ability to control people is being crushed beneath the weight of truth and facts. Things in which they have little to no awareness.

That has to be very frightening
