Given the performance in Ukraine, I doubt China will now embark on any invasion of Taiwan. China has to be reassessing any such plans, given that Russian armed forces are arguably better prepared than China's, and Russia has taken a drubbing at the hands of a Western-trained and armed third-rate country. Even more so because China would have to cross the Straits as sitting ducks.
