I just moved from Ameritrade. Other than Waterhouse, it is my opinion
the slowest Website. Very hard to trade at their speed. I have found Datek to be very responsive in email communications etc. They have upgraded their site but have left older site operational for those who demand clean fast trading. My next move is out of Waterhouse as soon as I find another Broker as good as Datek where my IRA resides.
