The second largest is Morgan Stanley Funds. The fine print may say how they vote them when the underlying holder leaves an issue blank but is held in Street Name. Read the proxy statement, or Proxy Contest, and vote. The deadline to vote on TWTR hasn't been filed yet, but will be about 5/26/2022. There should be a way for individual holders to specify their vote, even when held by Vanguard or Blackrock. If Blackrock gets votes from the actual holders, it could open a competitive way to market a vote in another money market fund.
