The Proxy Statement came out 2/22/2022 for the Annual Meeting 5/25/2022, which will be a virtual meeting. I would expect it to be filed as amended by the shareholder changes, including the Proxy Contest. Usually you can vote the day before. Four ways, including at proxyvote.com are listed on page 6.
