Something closer to Venezuela is more likely. Lots of energy, to be sold to Cuba, China and a few other places. Germany and some other European countries will keep buying for a few years, but as the war atrocities pile up, they will slowly find a way to extricate themselves from the tyrants in the Kremlin. Not 100%, but enough to put a hurting on them.

After which, Trump or Desantis will win, Congress will flip and America will drill and innovate. Heck, all the free world needs to do is embrace nuclear power, a magical energy source that keeps on giving. Maybe this terrible episode will begin to silence the Greenpeace nazis of the world.
