The Senate report on Russia says Russia intended to helped Trump and hurt Clinton.
Fixed.

They never said how much Russian "influence" affected the elections or whether they made the difference in tilting key battleground states in favor of Trump.

In a society with free speech, the citizens need to decide for themselves how to process the Russian trolls.

You obviously don't agree because you can't stand the thought of said citizens thinking in ways that go against your agenda.
