Since Durham (filing 61) used the word Conspiracy or Conspirator 25 times, it is beyond question to my mind that he's considering the frame job for Spygate to be a conspiracy. That means the statute of limitations that the rats thought they could escape with is no longer in effect. They have to "withdraw" from the conspiracy first before the statute of limitations even starts. Message 33731594

What's more, is that in a RICO conspiracy, an overt act is not required to be a part of the conspiracy. Just knowing about what's behind the curtain could get a lot of people in trouble.

Looks like Researcher 2 (Dagon) has withdrawn. "First responders" may get immunity. The clock is ticking on that offer - the more the Special Counsel investigators discover, the less likely they'll be to offer a get out of jail free card to the tech slaves.
