Allow me to edit that, since the others are all paying very close attention to the responses:

Imagine a future in which (please insert rogue country of choice) KNOWS it can threaten using its nukes and get anything it desires....

i.e.

Imagine a future in which China KNOWS it can threaten using its nukes and get anything it desires....
