Twitter's board just passed a "poison pill" measure that will crash their stock and hurt their shareholders (the exact opposite of their fiduciary duties) to prevent Elon Musk from restoring free speech. Clearly Twitter is no longer a business, it's an apparatus for manipulating the public.
