I called the company and asked. When I called Steve Cayou answered the phone. All he could say is what was in the press release. There will be another announcement possibly later in the week but nothing today. They have no plans to get into the restaurant business. They will be possibly be acquiring more companies but regulations forbid him from discussing anything. The reason for the action on the stock is based solely on the announcement on 2/6. He had no other explanation for anything.

From the tone and evasiveness of his words it appears that something major is in the works. Just my opinion.
