I'm inclined to agree with that Principle. Seems to me that Taxation should be just about only giving to the Government that amount of Revenue that they need to conduct what they are Obligated to do within the US Constitution and NOTHING MORE, because otherwise it becomes a form of "LEGALIZED THEFT".
