There's another answer to the question tonight... My prior ramble... boiled down to... the charts aren't working... so you really can't use them with any confidence, to project a function that it seems they don't contain... ? But, what they do show is both more and less than "a lack of enthusiasm" ? That's probably a good answer... but, it naturally leads to the next question... If not the charts... where should you look for answers... ? Oddly... the last bastion of sort of free (paid) speech in the MSM... The despicable Tucker Carlson... close personal friend of Hunter Biden... who at a critical moment, in return for a job promotion, helped to empower those he now castigates for a living... is not wrong in his current analysis of it... and perhaps provides the best answer to that question, among others:
