RIDE is up more than MRRW because MRRW ran up more last week.

If you look at the last week or so, MRRW is actually up the same amount as RIDE. I made the same decision as you, because I agree that MRRW is the better company. I have talked to dealers who say Morrow product is a strong seller, but who won't even carry Ride product because apparently Ride has been unreliable in the past.

Also, MRRW has 3 riders in the Olympics, with Todd Richards a strong contender for halfpipe gold. I don't think Ride has any riders in the Olympics. As far as I can tell, Ride's biggest name is Jeff Brushie, who is a legend but is no longer among the best in the sport. Todd and Burton rider Ross Powers are the likely contenders to be the first Americans to medal in snowboarding. Let's just hope Todd kicks Ross's butt. Can you say "Wheaties box"? I knew you could.

Ride has already given back a chunk of its gains today (as has MRRW) on immense volume clearly reflective of wild speculation; MRRW's volume is more reasonable. I view the slower, sustained build in MRRW (as compared to RIDE) as evidence that MRRW is the better long-term bet. Also, don't overlook K2 (KTO) as a likely beneficiary of snowboard hoopla.
