I think the local elections all across the country very likely have been rigged for decades but until now no one ever considered it, this explains why some cities are so decayed and yet the people still "vote" for the same corrupt politicians... I think those same corrupt politicians have been rigging the elections for more than 20 years... This time around, everyone will be watching... Hopefully, people will go to prison... GZ
