Mask-wearing is a burden for children just like it is for adults.

But most importantly, there is not now, and there never was, actual scientific proof that they saved even one person from becoming sick. Realty is they do not do anything of value.

So, why would a parent force his or her child to wear them when it makes them miserable and creates unnecessary pathological issues? No responsible parent would allow it, even if it created some government imposed hardship/punishment on the parent.
