If today was May 14, and the distribution is anything substantial, I would think you have a pretty good chance of being assigned. At the bid, there is no time premium, and if the after hours quote is anything beyond an attempt to paint the tape, there is no point being long the call. Might as well exercise it.
The only reason not to is whether the tax reporting of the partnership distribution is too much of a pain.
With spreads like these, a lot of it becomes random, but if I was long the call, it would probably be more profitable, and less risky, to exercise.
