Sparky, I agree. More info. is needed before the big boys jump in (or off). I am a long term bull on ECGOF, but I also have serious concerns about this deal. ECGOF will have interest payments in the range of $8 mil. a year from this deal. DBCO is currently losing money. So, I am interested in hearing how ECGOF plans to turn this ship around and make them accretive. I have no doubt that they can do it, but will feel better once more details come out. I would really like to see something about a conference call coming out in the next month. A lot of questions concerning ECGOF's upcoming year could be addressed. Either that or have Mike go on another of his famous "road shows". Mark mark
