Regarding insider information, this is from Batman's post from yesterday:

"I'm telling you now, even though I plan to go long on Monday, I believe that this stock, this ghost company, will end up at zero in a year or two. Most of the crash will occur in the next 9 months (but, again, my inside information leads me to believe that there will be a dizzying climb first)."

This was also one reason that I believe he may indeed have had access to the insider information.
