BKEP has traded as high as $4.60 after it was stated that they would pay cash for each common unit at $4.65. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. It is up 38% today and unless a bidding war takes place then I would think it would stay in the range that it is in now. An example of this is TRQ. It has been trading just above its offer.
