Well, I think we have a few things to look forward to in the next month or two.

DBCO acquisition
I think we need a clear statement from Eco regarding how they are financing DBCO before we can expect more serious buying. Remember that CHEM was bought using convertible debs, and although they won't be using them, not everyone knows that. I also think there is a decent chance of attracting individual shareholders and possibly institutions that have been invested in DBCO.

Earnings
Expecting 87% growth over 4th quarter 96 and will beat First Call and blow away Zacks mean estimate.

ECO Announcements
Anyone find it curious that there was only one minor announcement in the last 40 days? What do they have stored up? What happened with SRS and the Total refineries in France. What happened with Venezuela? Why haven't we heard anything lately from MM Industra and the Sable project?

DBCO Announcements and possible conference call.
Once this is complete, I am certainly hoping for a barrage of information as to the sorts of contracts that DBCO is engaged in and also see the cross selling with MM Industra. I also expect to hear something about why Eco thinks they can make DBCO profitable quickly.

EIFH
Earnings will be announced in the next 3 weeks or so and we can see whether Fradella has indeed turned them around. This should also give us a clue as to whether Fradella has found investors interested in buying out Eco's position. If bought out, I think something like $4 mill profit is possible and as much as 20 cents added to earnings.

Coverage
Still waiting on the coverage mentioned last month. And if Eco goes through with a bond deal, then possibly further coverage to be provided by those groups.

Certainly a lot could happen in the next month.
