Apparently, both are wrong... The info regarding the Laffer Curve I received directly from Art Laffer himself, he said that "even Bill Clinton was smart enough to know better than to raise taxes, he lowered taxes and the economy grew." That's a direct quote from Art Laffer himself, the one who developed the Laffer Curve, he said exactly this just yesterday afternoon during an interview with Larry Kudlow who was the Director of the National Economic Council during the Donald Trump Administration from 2018 to 2021... Unless Art Laffer himself is wrong, but I would be more inclined to believe the creator of the Curve than some third party data base where anyone with an agenda can enter any misinformation they want... Maybe Art Laffer was wrong, but that would be hard to believe... GZ
