And will it affect ASND?<<< The same article that I pasted the excerpt from, mentioned that renewed modem sales stemming from the new 56K standard should help yield $75 mil. in additional revenue to the modem market. That sounds like chump change when divided amongst the dozens of companies competing to sell 56K modems based on the new standard this year. COMS already has problems with too much inventory...I doubt ASND will be affected in any significant way. Perhaps Craig can address the negatives for you...he is short the stock, I think. Style Pts.
